Becoming a massage therapist blossomed out of a deep desire to heal myself and others on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. From 2003-2008 I lived at Heartwood Institute, a healing arts school in the mountains of Northern California. I had the opportunity to study with excellent bodywork teachers, and immerse myself in many modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Polarity, Craniosacral, Somatic Emotional Release, Trigger Point, and Myofascial.
After four years living at Heartwood, giving and receiving so much bodywork, learning nutrition, tai chi, qi gong, and teaching yoga, I spread my wings to fly to Hawaii.
In 2008 I moved to Kona, Big Island. Living in Hawai’i Nei is a blessing and I am so grateful to be here. I have been blessed to learn the Hawaiian healing art of Lomilomi with many teachers. And I will continue my lifelong learning of Hawaiian culture and healing arts. I have invested a great deal into my personal wellness, growth, and education so that I can offer my clients the very best.
I see every client I work with is a reflection of the Divine. When I work with you I am completely present, listening, and inviting you to open further to your own healing. What I offer is far beyond just “massage.” It is profoundly balancing and a catalyst for healing on all levels. I take exquisite care of my own health so that I can bring you the absolute best I have to offer. I am here to support you on your healing journey. Whether you are in pain and looking to find a way out, or you are already doing well and want to heighten your vitality, I’m here for you.
